چکیده
The aim of this study was to investigate the possible effects maternal administration lead acetate on morphological structure liver; AST, ALT, ALP and GGT levels glycogen content hepatocytes male offspring wistar rats. Female rats were exposed 0.2% in drinking water performed their (7 groups). To evaluate liver enzymes, blood samples taken from after anesthesia. After dissection, its hepatocytes, tissue isolated transferred 10% formalin. measure hepatic enzymes; GGT; serum evaluated. For histological examinations, embedded paraffin processing 3 μm thickness sections prepared them then H&E PAS staining performed. results showed that exposure induced significant changes enzyme different experimental groups.
